Meet Your Senior Placement Advisor
We're honored to introduce Julie Lloyd, MAOM, our new Senior Placement Advisor at Clark County Senior Resources. Julie brings something rare to this work: she's walked the road our families walk. As the daughter of an elderly parent in a senior community, she understands firsthand the challenges of navigating that transition — the worry, the questions, and the hope that Mom or Dad will truly thrive in their new home. This lived experience shapes how she engages with our clients, providing empathy, clarity, and practical options.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership at distinguished companies like Coca-Cola, Cummins, and IDEX, Julie has honed her skills in change management and process improvement, often finding herself in conflict situations where she has learned to guide families through with grace. She holds certifications in coaching, conflict management, mediation, trauma-informed care, and financial coaching, and is also the founder of Noble Mediation Services.
At Clark County Senior Resources, Julie will support families through some of the most challenging conversations they'll ever face — helping siblings find common ground and guiding families from conflict to clarity when making care decisions for their loved ones.
Outside of work, you can find her kayaking, gardening, playing games with family, or planning her next adventure.
